The Isaac Centre for Public Health (ICPH) was established at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc), one of India’s oldest and premier science institutes, through a philanthropic commitment from Ajit and Sarah Isaac to strengthen interdisciplinary capacity in public-health research and doctoral training. The Centre forms part of the Tata IISc Medical School.
ICPH is dedicated to addressing complex public health challenges in an equitable and evidence-informed manner by leveraging science and technology. Building on IISc’s deep expertise, the Centre advances rigorous research, digital innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration to tackle critical public health issues.
